Heather Clark

Heather Clark brings over 20 years of paralegal experience, including more than a decade focused on intellectual property. She supports the Calyx team with expertise in patent preparation and prosecution, as well as intellectual property agreements and related administrative matters.

Heather’s deep experience spans multiple areas of IP practice, and her attention to detail, organizational skill, and collaborative approach make her an essential part of our client service team. She combines strong legal knowledge with a genuine passion for supporting innovation and helping creative professionals protect their work.

She holds degrees and certificates in Political Science and Paralegal Studies and is an active member of the Disney Alumni Association. Outside of work, Heather enjoys boating, reading, and watching football.
