Janice Goh

Janice Goh is Of Counsel, advising on trademark, brand protection, copyright, and licensing matters. She counsels clients on IP clearance, prosecution strategy, enforcement, and portfolio management, drawing on her experience both in-house at major brands and in private practice. She also works closely with business, marketing, and creative teams on the launch, advertising and marketing of products and services, including structuring and negotiating licensing arrangements, influencer and talent agreements, production agreements, as well as compliance and regulatory issues.

Janice also has experience developing and leading global brand protection and anti-counterfeiting programs, as well as resolving complex IP disputes. She also supports mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions through IP and brand-related due diligence.

In addition, Janice provides strategic guidance on brand development, delivers IP and licensing training to business teams, and helps align legal strategy with commercial objectives.
